What happens to your messages.

Coach messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API along with the context summary above. Anthropic processes the request and returns the response — they don't train on your data per their commercial terms.

Photos used for AI food scanning are sent to OpenAI's vision API for the same reason: to get a structured nutrition estimate back. The image isn't stored on our servers; only the resulting log entry is.

Your account data lives in Supabase (PostgreSQL on AWS in the United States) protected by row-level security. Read the full privacy policy for the long form.
