Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions run through your App Store account. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel PlateStack there. You keep Premium until the period you already paid for ends.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Settings, then Account & Security, then delete your account. You can also start it at platestackapp.com/delete-account. Deletion removes your logs, records, and profile.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Settings, then Data Export in the app. You get your records back in a portable file.
My AI scan credits did not refresh.
Credits reset monthly and only ever decrement on a successful scan — a failed one should not cost you anything. If the count still looks wrong, mail us with your account email and roughly when it happened.
The AI got my meal wrong.
It will sometimes. Every estimate is editable before you save it, so correct the values and log it. If it is consistently wrong on a specific food, tell us which one — that is genuinely useful.
My streak broke and I logged that day.
A streak needs one logged action a day — a meal, a workout, a weigh-in. If you miss a day, PlateStack asks whether you want to spend a Streak Shield to restore it; Shields are never spent for you. If you logged and still lost the streak, that is a bug — mail us the date and we will look.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to track you across other apps or websites.
Is PlateStack on Android?
Not yet. It is live on the App Store for iPhone. Android is in progress.
