How it works

A record that gets more useful.

PlateStack is not a dashboard you admire once. It is a loop that removes a little more work every time you use it.

  1. 01

    Log

Food, training, cardio, body, and routines land in one record.

  2. 02

    Understand

PlateStack separates what you entered, what was imported, and what was estimated.

  3. 03

    Review

Coach turns that history into an editable proposal, with the evidence attached.

  4. 04

    Act

Approve the useful next move and it becomes part of the app—not a paragraph to copy.

Why people keep it

Three promises instead of another feature pile.

01 PlateStack remembers

Log it once. Start ahead next time.

A corrected serving, the load you actually lifted, the foods you repeat, and the routines you keep become the starting point for tomorrow—not another blank form.

Saved to your record

Chicken bowl · 620 Cal · corrected portion

02 Coach does the work

Ask for a plan. Review it inside the app.

Coach can draft workouts and meal plans from the records already in PlateStack. You see the proposal, change anything, then approve what gets saved.

Ready for review

Push day · 7 exercises · 42–48 min

03 Recommendations have receipts

See why before you act.

Useful guidance should show its work. PlateStack names the sessions, logs, goals, and preferences behind a suggestion—and says when there is not enough history yet.

No data theater

Missing is not zero. Estimated is not logged.

PlateStack tells you whether a value came from you, a connected device, a database, or an AI estimate. If history is too thin for a useful recommendation, the app says what is missing and keeps your current plan in place.

The studio

Built by the people using it.

PlateStack started because our own day was split across too many apps. The same small team that writes the logger uses it between sets, fixes the barcode result when the label disagrees, and sees every support email.

We will not pretend an estimate is a fact or a score is a diagnosis. If something looks wrong, edit it. If something is broken, email hello@stackforgestudios.com.

1Nutrition values and AI outputs can be wrong. Estimates are editable. Verify labels, portions, ingredients, and allergens before relying on them.

2PlateStack is not a medical device or a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or trainer. Scores and suggestions are for logging context and motivation, not diagnosis, treatment, safety, or readiness.
